I tried to put shoutdisplaypal to online-language file, but it doesn't work.
Not even when I'm opening shout box in separate window.

I don't think that Who's Online will be able to track a page unless the send_header function is used in the script.

Games send the header of the page.  The header with the menu bar etc..... is used on the games pages.
